If your plasma screen is cracked or shows any physical damage,
refuse the shipment and do not sign the freight bill.

Receiving Your Plasma TV

The following procedures should be followed when receiving your shipment:

Check for any visible damage to the box and packaging before signing for the shipment.

Check the "Tip and Tell" indicator (if applicable) attached to the shipping carton. This indicator will "tell" you whether the plasma TV box has been tipped sideways. It is important that plasma displays be kept upright in shipping. Therefore, if the Tip and Tell indicator is activated, take care to note it on the freight bill.

Sign for the plasma display shipment, but note any damage to the box or activation of the Tip and Tell indicator. Just write the description on the freight bill. Here is an example: "Tip and Tell indicator activated, one corner of box badly dented."

Next, check the screen for damages by removing the box packaging and inspecting the actual screen. If there is damage to the screen itself or other physical damage to the unit, this MUST be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product.

We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee for any plasma screens with manufacturing defects. Be sure to test your plasma screen within 30 days of purchase, ensuring everything is in working order. For your convenience and protection, test the equipment before the installer arrives.

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise, taking care not to damage the original packaging.

Do not return your manufacturer's warranty card until your initial dealer warranty ends.

Keep the original packaging for at least 30 days after purchase. If possible, store the original packaging for the life of the product—if the must be shipped for repairs, this provides the best protection.


Shipping Methods

Due to their size, value and weight, all Plasma TVs are shipped via common freight carriers. We have developed strong relationships with some of the most reputable freight companies in the U. S. to provide customers with the best service available for Plasma TV shipping and delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and contact information for you to contact the freight carrier to discuss delivery.

Our standard TV shipping is fully insured and includes single-man, curbside delivery during normal business hours (Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm). However, if you would like to discuss any "upgrade" options (i.e. specific delivery time, debris removal, etc.), please call for a shipping quote.
